Our manufacturing facility is located in Sussex, New Brunswick. Sussex is a centre point between Fredericton, Moncton, and Saint John, and is within short driving distance to the Saint John and Halifax seaports, as well as the north east United States border.
We receive and process fresh milk 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We process our milk immediately, allowing us to seal in the freshness. Our butter processing facilities are second to none, and we are always looking for new opportunities to produce our signature award-winning butter.
Our facility can easily produce quantities suitable for major commercial brands and retailers. Having said that, we also offer the flexibility needed for smaller retailers and food service clients. Large or small, we always strive to meet the production needs of our customers.
We employ modern equipment and technology for our manufacturing processes. We are constantly looking at new methods and technologies aimed at reducing the potential of food safety issues and contamination hazards.
We hold several certifications, such as HACCP, SQF Level 3 2000, and Kosher. In order to maintain these certifications, we are subjected to regular inspections and audits.
